The Vardo - a charming bohemian caravan

Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood. The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds this bucolic cabin perched on the banks of pristine Cayuta Creek. Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. We are located 10 easy miles from Ithaca NY in the beautiful Finger lakes region! we are less than 1/2 day trips from NYC, NJ, PA, Rochester and Buffalo. We have consistently been Airbnb super host for 6 years! We have seasonal glamps and cabins, but are now offering our favorite little hideaway year round! Enjoy the gentle peaceful flow of life just breathing the sweet air here at Scottland Yard Farm.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

The house includes a wraparound deck perfect for relaxing before heading into Ithaca. The house is located less than 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College. Area hiking, waterfalls, wineries, restaurants and shopping are in easy traveling distance.

You will love exploring the magical 182 acres of land with trails, waterfalls, pond, wood fired Sauna, outdoor kitchen, and much more. Good for small families, couples, and solo adventurers.

Cozy Tiny House by a Lush Garden and Creek

Come stay in this unique, custom tiny home nestled near our barn and organic garden. Walk on the mowed paths in our back field, take a dip in Cayuta Creek. Meander down the road to visit Eve's Cidery. If you like road biking or running, this is the place. Just 30 minutes to Ithaca or Watkins Glen, this is a great, affordable place to hit all the highlights of the Finger Lakes area.

A Mini Retreat in K-Ville

Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.
