Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away.
