Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

Canalside cabin

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

Self Contained Mini Flat

“Mini Flat” with fully private access and small outside space. - Kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave and fridge - TV - SMALL DOUBLE bed (4ft) - Shower, toilet and sink - Parking VERY quiet; lakes at both ends of the street. Village centre short walk away with pub, supermarket, café and chip shop. Bus stop is at the end of the street giving quick access to the City Centre. Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!

This cosy annex is just 15 mins walk from the Molineux Stadium & Wolverhampton City centre, offering easy accessibility to local places of interest and amenities. The annex is opposite a beautiful park with pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance. Welcome to the Lodge at The Cedars. The Lodge has been decorated to a very high standard to make your stay as luxurious and inviting as possible. Top quality beds with Egyptian cotton 500 thread count bedding, Duresta and Laura Ashley Sofa’s and full Sky Movies and Sports package in both the lounge and the main bedroom should make way for a very relaxing stay. The Lodge is nestled next to our home, The Cedars, in the heart of Oldswinford.

Our newly built two bedroom home away from home , with a spacious back garden is strategically nested in a quiet and serene neighbourhood in Wednesbury. It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park. Cosy home sweet home brand new house

This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away. Strictly No small/big party allow, NO visitors allow.
