Régi műemlék épületben, nagy belmagasságú polgári lakás, stílusosan berendezve, minden kényelemmel. Belvárosi saját parkolós apartman, közvetlen kapcsolattal a sétáló utcára, 100 m-re a vártól, 200 m-re a strandtól, éttermek, szórakozó helyek, kávézók, bárok között. Ideális családoknak 1 vagy 2 gyermekkel, pároknak. A szállás 4 felnőtt részére nem igazán alkalmas, mivel az egyik ágy csak egy kihúzható kanapé. Az apartman csak teakonyhával rendelkezik, ami főzésre nem alkalmas.

Debrecen belvárosában található, néhány perces sétára a Piac utcától. Teljesen felújított, klímás, gépesített lakás. Parkolási lehetőség a zárt udvaron. Magyarul és angolul kommunikálunk. A reptér kocsival 12 perc. A közelben találsz élelmiszer boltot, uszodát, éttermet terasszal. A Magyar Turisztikai Minőségtanusító Testület HÁROM CSILAG-os helyre minősítette az apartmant nagy örömünkre, ez igazán nagy elismerés, a képek között megtalálod a fotót a minősítésről.

Newly built apartments are waiting for you, the main quare (Great Church) is 5 minutes walk. Restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, banks, Post office, pharmacy located nearby. The Clinical Center is 10 minutes by tram. 3 apartments in the same building(for 3x6 persons). Each has private bathroom, 2 bedrooms, well equiped kitchen and dining area within the living room. Free wi-fi, tv, air conditioner, bed linen, towels, cosmetics, and baby facilities if needed.

It is situated in a central location, with the Castle, Dobó square, and the Turkish baths all reachable in a few minutes of walking. There is a local Tourist Tax of 450 Hungarian Forints/adult/night that is not included in the pricing, you need to pay this when checking in.

You are in a walk distance to all interesting attractions in the city. I am friendly and know a lot of nice places to go in Sárospatak and near cities.

Just a few steps from the spa and a 10-minute walk from the city center—you can live in the heart of the city. The apartment features a small kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm). It is located on the 10th floor (the elevator only goes up to the 8th floor).
