Perfect location, 130m2, newly renovated + balcony

Newly renovated without loosing the classic feel of Copenhagen apartment is has always been + new balcony 2023. Really spacious, cozy and homely flat with view on The lakes. Honestly the best location. You'll stay in the ‘Nansensgade’ area, an extremely popular neighbourhood in the city center but all local feel. Known for the Berlin/Paris feel with cafees, restaurants and bars. Also the flat is placed in the perfect spot for visiting other areas, like my two favourites Nørrebro and Vesterbro

With a bus stop at the end of the farm, it's only a few kilometres from the centre, so you can easily explore the city. Bed for 2, but a sofa bed with room for more. The bed is 160x200, and the sofa bed 150x200

Skøn taglejlighed med fantastisk lysindfald på Elmegade med dejlig solrig balkon i det charmerende og trendy område ved Skt. Hans Torv på Indre Nørrebro, som i 2021 vandt prisen som verdens bedste bydel i rejseguiden Time Out. Kvarteret byder på gode caféer, restauranter og skønne forretninger. Velkommen til vores hyggelige sommerhus i Buresø, Nordsjælland. Sommerhuset ligger på en 1900 m2 stor grund, med direkte udgang til skoven, hvor man af stisystem kan gå 700 meter til den skønne badesø Buresø, som er én af Danmarks reneste badesøer. I vil elske dette lyse og indbydende sommerhus, som er egnet til par og familier med børn. Plads til 4 personer + evt. et lille barn Hvis I har lyst til at kombinere jeres ferie med en bytur, tager det kun 30 min. at komme til København.

I lejligheden er der plads til 4 gæster og mulighed for en ekstra opredning. Der er kaffe/the til fri benyttelse og hvis du har brug for at vaske tøj er det muligt. Der er altid rent sengetøj på og håndklæder til brug. Lejligheden er udstyret med alt i service og køkken udstyr. Lejligheden ligger lige ved motorvejsafkørsel. Den ligger i et industri kvarter men tæt på sø. Lejligheden er ikke handicap venlig da du skal op på 2. etage, tag lejlighed og der er ingen elevator!!!!

Cozy apartment with balcony, close to the lakes

Central Big 2 rooms apartment on the top floor. Big balcony where it’s wonderful to sit and enjoy the sun from morning to 4-6 pm. Cafe, restaurants and supermarket very close and pretty much everything else is near by. Very close to the lakes and public transport as Nørreport station are just 5-7 min walk with metro and trains. Ørsted park is just around the corner. This is the place if you like to stay in a quiet area but still close to everything.

Enjoy a stay at the 6th floor with a unique view! Close to metro (direct line from the airport) and just a 15 minutes walk to the town hall square. Walk around the lakes and check out the trendy Frederiksberg. The apartment has a modern kitchen, bathroom, balcony and soundproof windows. The building has an elevator and a rooftop terrace. Get around the city quickly with Forum metro station, which is only 10-minutes walking from here.
