Our property has 5 modern and stylish apartments, all with the best features of a new-age smart house. This three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of the property and is comfortable for 5-7 persons. The features include a double bed, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a roof terrace with a hot tub and with a sea view, a lounge zone next to the hot tub, and much more.

Enjoy in our small romantic, robinson fisherman cottage in small touristic bay Magrovica, in nature park Telašćica. Only 3km away from the center of Sali. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. There is no hot water in the house but there is sun heated outdoor showers.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

The robinson house “La Vida” is located on the island Mali Vinik, which is less than five minutes away by boat from the island Murter. Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.

Beautiful small Dalmatian stone house, located in an oasis of olive groves and fertile fields. The house is blended with the nature and the use of resources from the nature of the stream (solar panels) and water (rainwater). The house is ideal for active holidays, quiet and no noise, traffic, neighbors and the Internet. Guests can use the fireplace where they can enjoy a variety of grill specialties.

Little friend

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.
