With a 150 feet of shoreline shared only with a neighbouring cottage, enjoy the stunning sunrises, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, kayak, paddle board, go fishing or have a camp fire and stargaze. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi.

Fairwinds Lake House is a waterfront luxury cottage built in 2020. With its private water access, large deck and amazing sunset views it is the perfect location for your family vacation. Relax with the family lakeside and among the cedars at this peaceful A-frame retreat on the shoreline of Lake Huron. The door opens up into a large living room and kitchen with a 180 degree view of the lake. An 8-foot island surrounded by bar stools anchors the kitchen. Watch the famous Lake Huron sunsets while having a meal or soaking in the hot tub. Our front is a rocky beach with a fire pit. We swim here with our water shoes. The sandy beach is a 2 mins drive or a 5-10 min bike ride.

Loft has huge desk and pull out bed if needed. Excellent swimming as on the main bay area with deep and warm waters. Back door camera in tree by parking.

Welcome to Blue Feather Lake House. On our first day here we found a blue jay feather under the trees and “Blue Feather” was born. We are located on Larry’s Lake in Dorcas Bay on the Lake Huron side of the peninsula. This means beautiful sunsets, a family friendly lake, peace and tranquility. We are a short drive from Johnson’s Harbour, Singing Sands beach and Bruce Peninsula National Park and 20 min to downtown Tobermory. We hope you enjoy our space and the area as much as we do!
