The see-thru fireplace, the triple head shower, the wrap around porch, the finer touches, the quality linens and towels, the dead end road - just take your pick on what will touch your fancy. This is a Don Gardner one of a kind custom design and we believe you won't want to leave! We are 1.5 miles to downtown Blue Ridge & 1.5 miles to Lake Blue Ridge.

The perfect couple's cabin mountain retreat overlooking the Toccoa River with beautiful views. “River Retreat” has everything you need. From a cozy fireplace to an indoor hot tub. The perfect getaway for anyone looking to be close to nature with all of the comforts of home. Come relax in this quiet cabin nestled in the forest above the river. Find your peace next to the rushing river waters or have an adventure at one of the many river attractions nearby. There's something here for everyone.

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Creekside A-frame Treehouse in nature tucked amongst the trees in the scenic mountain town of Blue Ridge, Georgia. This treehouse is tiny home perfect for nature lovers, couples or solo adventurers. Inside this tiny cabin you will find custom construction with reclaimed wood from a 100 year old furniture store with rustic and modern charm. Outside, you will be greeted by the babbling of Fightingtown Creek, a large sunken hot tub overlooking the creek and a firepit under a canopy of stars.

Nature’s Nook- A Modern Treehouse Near Wineries

Set in the heart of wine country, discover Nature's Nook, where nature meets globally inspired, modern design. The compact interior sleeps up to 4 people in layered bunks, lofts and nooks, while the exterior space sprawls, overlooking the fern filled valley below. Built around a living oak tree, enjoy creature comforts such as Heat, AC, + full bathroom, while embracing the peaceful beauty of this high design escape. Come adventure, hike, sip and savor the serenity of Nature's Nook.
