Welcome to Teensy in the Trees; an affordable, dog friendly, tiny house in the woods. This little gem has everything you need for a peaceful getaway in the North Georgia Mountains. Top of the line mattress, bedding, Keurig, toaster, mini frig, microwave. The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Outside, you will be greeted by the babbling of Fightingtown Creek, a large sunken hot tub overlooking the creek and a firepit under a canopy of stars.
