Todi, incantevole rifugio nei boschi con piscina

In un ambiente bucolico incontaminato ma curatissimo, tra Todi e Orvieto, l'Olivo è la dimora ideale per una coppia. Molto accogliente e fresco d'estate, si estende al piano terra in una delle parti più suggestive del borgo: salotto con camino, camera matrimoniale con bagno/doccia, cucina che si apre sul patio privato, dal quale si gode la vista di splendidi tramonti e vedute sulla valle del Tevere. Splendida piscina in condivisione con tutti i residenti, insieme al parco e percorsi nel bosco.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Casa Roscetta, Todi Home with a view

Casa Roscetta, situated in the Hills of Umbria, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside, especially the medieval town of Todi, only a 10 minute drive away. The outdoor pool and Wifi are part of the various high-end amenities available to our guests. The house was first renovated in the 1980's from a stone farm house. The pool was built in the 1990's and the entire house has just been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.
