Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

Trenance Boating lake & Gardens are just 500yrds away, with the Zoo, park & local swimming pools. This is ideal for families & couples looking for something bit more special in there self catering apartment. Kenmere House has almost a Mediterranean feel about and 2021 has seen a complete refurbishment for the whole property, which you’ll love for your stay. :-)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

At the end of a private lane, you will find your own large and private parking area and enclosed garden. Newquay Centre is a pleasant fifteen minute stroll and Porth about seven minutes away.

A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10 minute walk into town. Off street parking for 2 cars is available, plus free street parking right outside the house. Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.
