The Prairie Home

Settled far out in the Tallgrass Prairie of the Flint Hills, the Prairie Home provides wide and endless views from a private hilltop. All rooms in the home, which was built by local craftsmen from native limestone blocks, have huge windows which frame the natural art of the prairie. Handmade woodwork complements the extensive interior stonework. The soaring ceilings provide a backdrop for original art collected by the owners. And everywhere you look, the setting will take your breath away.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. Extra charge for more than 2. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

The Grove Getaway was est. in 2020. Come enjoy year-round lake life with waterfront firepit, tree swing, hammock, and dock plus 3 rooms, 2 baths, and 2 comfy spaces. Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a unique quiet/private country stay. There are 3 bedrooms: a queen bed, a single bed and 1 bunkbed in 3 separate rooms. The lodging is an original cowboy bunkhouse with "down-home comfort" in a casual country setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious", it is a comfortable peaceful country stay. We provide high speed internet so you won't miss any emails/messages or favorite streaming TV.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
