Niovi has two levels: The first, hosts a living area, an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom that opens onto a small courtyard and a private pool. The second has one more bedroom, which also opens onto its own small courtyard. Both levels have a wc with shower. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Large sliding windows, terraces protected from the sun and wind and air conditioning, make each villa an ideal home all year round, where guests can enjoy the beauty of each season.

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. Διαμορφωμένο κατάλληλα για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.

The apartment is located near the port of Tolo, less than 10 steps from the beach and a few minutes away from the center and as such, offers a great view of the sea and the island of Romvi as well as ease of transportation. The house is a beautiful two story house just a few steps away from the central square of the old town of Nafplio. What makes this house unique is the placement. It is just about one hundred metres away from the Boulevard, where you can find a parking spot at the harbour. If you'd like to go out for a meal you can surely find a restaurant or traditional taverna just around the corner!
