Niovi has two levels: The first, hosts a living area, an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom that opens onto a small courtyard and a private pool. The second has one more bedroom, which also opens onto its own small courtyard. Both levels have a wc with shower. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Large sliding windows, terraces protected from the sun and wind and air conditioning, make each villa an ideal home all year round, where guests can enjoy the beauty of each season.

The apartment is modern decorated and the customers can relax during their holidays. There is free parking on the public road near the apartment. Just 800m (10 minutes walk) from the centre of Naplio, 1km (15 minutes walk) from Sintagma Square and 3km from Castle Palamidi.

It is just about one hundred metres away from the Boulevard, where you can find a parking spot at the harbour.
