Awesome House on Cayuga Lake! (age 30+ excl. kids)

Age requirement 30+ (excluding kids). Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Incredible lawns and private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below.

Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. Northside Nest is located on a quiet block close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, the public bus and more. You’ll love Northside Nest's location, wood floors, and convenient parking, not to mention the comfy bed! Keep in mind, there are two energetic children living upstairs, so there are some daily noises making this space not ideal for folks looking for a quiet retreat.
