The house is built into a barn. It has rustic charm and modern comforts. It's situated in a beautiful valley with a lovely view. The back porch and yard are nice places for relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

Secluded Yurt, Clean, Comfy Retreat in Nature

Relax in the circular comfort of the yurt nestled on the edge of woods & farm. 1/4 mile off the main road, enjoy quiet & convenient access to wineries, food, lakes & waterfalls. The yurt is clean, comfortable, and authentically rustic. Ample space and high-speed internet allow for working remotely or relaxing. Outside, enjoy the gardens, sip local wine on the deck as the sun sets, stargaze, nap in the hammock, or cozy up by the warmth of an evening bonfire, or the friendly farm dog.

Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Sunset View Retreat Home provides sacred healing space to rest, relax and rejuvenate. It is a perfect home for those who are interested to reconnect with themselves and nature. It sits on 17 acres of land and it is located 10 miles outside of Ithaca. It's a cozy and nurturing space that gives you a sense of calm, and peacefulness. During your stay here you can book yoga class, coaching sessions which are provided onsite, or go on many hiking trails, waterfalls and visit wineries.

Ithaca Music-lovers Barn

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

A Tiny "Hotel" in K-Ville

Because I have an old phone and need to find a computer to answer your many questions, please be extra patient while waiting for me to respond. K-Ville is much more than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. If the dates you want are not available, ask me. K-Ville is off the grid with lots of charm, set in the country. It’s a group of tiny buildings built by me, with an architectural influence of the Victorian years. A place where you can sleep inside a piece of art.

Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.
