There are several sleeping options in this Unit; a set of bunk beds on one end; a queen on the other; or both the table and couch pull down into beds if you prefer. Our rustic upscale Garden House is located at beautiful Scottland Yard farm! It is the closest family rental unit to the pool and common areas, making it a big summertime hit for families with children and various adult friends getaways! If your looking for a more secluded and tranquil getaway we advise renting the Queens Quartets or Hobbit House. Our family and friends Bbq and swim from 2-8 PM on Sunday Funday. If you are arriving during this time you are welcome to join us!

Come enjoy this peaceful place in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region in the trendy village of Trumansburg. 8 mi to Ithaca, 4 mi to Taughannock. There's a entry, a great room with a kitchenette and fireplace, and a master suite upstairs. There's a (shared) hot tub, deck and (private) porch. Relax in the hot tub, sit by the fire, or walk to town to eat and shop. Hiking trails and wineries are close by. 1-2 Dogs allowed for an extra fee. Please ask!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
