Cozy lake house retreat, able to sleep up to 5. Walking distance to the lake that includes boat ramp, fishing dock, swimming area and parking. Large deck great for entertaining, recently added concrete driveway and side walk. New gazebo on front deck for those lazy days of relaxing along with taking in nature and the lake life pace. Welcome to Serenity st Indian Harbor Lake House on the shores of Cedar Creek Lake, about an hour from downtown Dallas. This beautiful home is nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet cove. There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the house are full !! (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming also). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.
