It’s quiet, open and grounded. Light the fire, cook a proper meal, and settle in with a bottle of wine while the day winds out. In winter, the cold sets in and the fire does its job. In summer, it’s long evenings outside and clear skies overhead. You’re five minutes from town and close to the mountain bike trails, but once you’re here, it feels a long way from anywhere. "The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
