If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Kramers Cottage House

Wonderfully remodeled cottage in Old West Historic Lawrence. This home is within walking distance to downtown, parks, the library, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, The University of Kansas and the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. This location offers a mix of community charm, cultural richness, and access to various amenities and events. Capital City Cottage

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

Entire home. Master bedroom is on the main floor with a pillowtop king bed and flat screen tv. There is a second large bedroom on the main floor with a pillow top queen mattress and smart tv.
