Quayside overlooks the town quay and estuary and has a balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast on sunny mornings. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs, enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Exeter Cottage is a charming 17th Century, 2 Bedroomed Cottage with plenty of character. Located in a quiet courtyard just off the main high street in Topsham - minutes away from the River Exe, quality restaurants, shops and pubs. Sleeps up-to of 4 in two bedrooms, has a parking space, wood-burner and fast wi-fi. A perfect hideaway for a holiday or work base in Devon at any time of year. Served by good public transport links by bus, train and boat.

A stay in the country.

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
