This beautiful well equipped holiday home in Goodrington Sands is situated in a stunning peaceful location within walking distance to Paignton Harbour with its lovely restaurants, Paignton Beach and even closer is Goodrington Sands beach which you can see from the holiday home. Private parking is right outside the door on a private driveway. Close enough to everything you need for a seaside holiday and allowing peace and quiet to recharge your batteries, whether you are a family or couple.

Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.
