This Beautiful 4 bedroom beach town house with private parking for two, is set over 3 levels, it is just one min walk from the stunning Paington sea front and town. All 4 bedrooms have a tv, 2 have sofas and the master bedroom has a balcony. There is a bathroom on each level , one bath, one shower and a toilet downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is an open sunny space with lovely recliner seating and a dining table. The garden is a lovely relaxing suntrap with seating and dinning.

There is free parking all along the road opposite the house It’s about a 15 minute walk into Torquay and harbour area or 5 minute drive. Bus to town stops 50m away. The train station is in Torquay and it’s a 40 minute drive to Exeter and its airport.
