This Beautiful 4 bedroom beach town house with private parking for two, is set over 3 levels, it is just one min walk from the stunning Paington sea front and town. All 4 bedrooms have a tv, 2 have sofas and the master bedroom has a balcony. There is a bathroom on each level , one bath, one shower and a toilet downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is an open sunny space with lovely recliner seating and a dining table. The garden is a lovely relaxing suntrap with seating and dinning.

Attractive town house less than 5 mins walk from Meadfoot Beach and 20 mins walk from Ansteys Cove both with lovely cafes and stunning views of Torbay. Kent’s Cavern and Ilsham Valley are similar distances. Nearby shops are at Wellswood. There is free parking all along the road opposite the house It’s about a 15 minute walk into Torquay and harbour area or 5 minute drive. Bus to town stops 50m away. The train station is in Torquay and it’s a 40 minute drive to Exeter and its airport.
