Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Presenta una terrassa a la planta d'adalt per les tres habitacions y un porxo amb piscina just al davant; els dos amb vistes a Mar i Muntanya. També presenta dos garatjos; un per guardar dos cotxes interiors i un garatge exterior varis cotxes que és on hi ha una gran zona exterior per poder jugar i és on hi ha la barbacoa.
