AC upstairs. New floors, marble kitchen and bathroom. 2 minute drive to beach. Short walk to Summerland beach, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, and mountain trails.

Oak & Avo RV-Carpinteria Foothills Mountain View

This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio. We are pet friendly, however there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night.
