La struttura ha un grande balcone con pergolato dove poter pranzare all'aperto e godersi la vista mare. Eccezionale vista mare anche dal terrazzo attrezzato. Il cottage è circondato da un colorato giardino curato in ogni suo dettaglio e sono presenti due aree relax e una doccia esterna. Marina di Novaglie è una località turistica molto apprezzata e in grande ascesa.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
