Nel magico Salento un elegante cottage situato a ridosso del mare e incastonato nella lussureggiante flora mediterranea. La struttura ha un grande balcone con pergolato dove poter pranzare all'aperto e godersi la vista mare. Eccezionale vista mare anche dal terrazzo attrezzato. Il cottage è circondato da un colorato giardino curato in ogni suo dettaglio e sono presenti due aree relax e una doccia esterna. Marina di Novaglie è una località turistica molto apprezzata e in grande ascesa.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
