Hi! I'm Swedish artist and this is my second home. A studio, with a small balcony, for 1-2 adults. It's in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, near shops, restaurants etc. 10-15 min. walk to train and beach. The house has elevator, strong WiFi and a shared roof terrace. Heads up: 1. Don't leave the key on the inside of the door - cost: 100 euro to hire a smith, and I need to charge you for that. 2. Check -in time is between 12-19pm. I'm happy if you respect that. Very welcome! Encantador loft molt cèntric i a 10 minuts a peu de la platja. A proximitat de bars , restaurants, botigues y supermercats. No necessites el cotxe per res. Parada d'autobusos a 5 minuts i estació de tren a 10. És ideal per una parella. Té una terrassa fresqueta al vespre i tranquila, un espai per treballar, una habitació amb llit de matrimoni així com sala- menjador amb cuina oberta. La taxa turística , a partir del 1/04/26, passa a ser de 1,75 € per persona i nit, amb un maxim de 7 nits.

És una casa molt especial. Està situada en Ferran, a prop del mar, i l'hem restaurat amb molta il·lusió. Té un estil molt personal i hem cuidat tots els detalls. La casa està totalment reformada amb totes les comoditats. No en trobaràs una altra igual. Ferran és un poble molt petit que està al costat d'Altafulla, un poble amb molt d'encant a la costa Daurada. Venir a "Cal Gran" serà viure tota una experiència!
