Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. A peaceful, secluded, light, bright and warm cabin, surrounded by fields with horses, countryside views, a mile and a half outside of picturesque Slapton, Slapton Lea Nature reserve and the beach. The cabin has a sofa, table and chairs, TV, small kitchen area and a cosy bedroom at the back with a double bed and bunks. It is on the edge of our playing field area and has its own fenced garden space. The bathroom; shower, toilet and basin are in the building next door (@20 yards).
