Sunny double room/balcony/shower/wc

Lovely sunny double bedroom, has its own shower/wc, and a balcony overlooking the private woods behind the house. It is close to Honor Oak Station with fast connections to Central London and Whitechapel. My guests share the kitchen and living rooms with myself and my small dog Charlie and I have wi fi and free view tv. There is a washing machine to use and you are very welcome to cook if you wish. It is very peaceful here and there is a great view over London too but it is also very easy to get into Central London. There are some good local restaurants as well. I like all of my guests to feel really relaxed here and you are welcome to tea and coffee at any time. I enjoy helping guests finding their way around London and having lived here a long time can suggest places to go as well.

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

When you arrive I will be here to welcome you with a tea or coffee and help settle you in . My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Light airy very small modern room in the middle of family house in Highbury North London. Small double bed ,bedside table and closet,WiFi, towels. Bathroom and Shower room shared with the family. Kitchen can be used for heating up food, use of fridge. Tea and Coffee making facilities in bedroom. 10 minutes walk from Arsenal tube, walking distance to Emirates Stadium, Finsbury Park, 4 or19 bus at the end of the road with direct route to St Paul's or West End.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

'The Room at the Top' Double ensuite/Surrey Quays.

Welcome to 'Room at the Top' in a Victorian house overlooking a park in Zone 2 vibrant South East London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. This lovely room is approached by its own staircase and is very private. Tea and coffee is provided in the room Breakfast is included in the price.

Lovely double room near centre + good breakast

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Lovely room with ensuite near Finsbury Park

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.

Best B&B on Central Line near City with parking

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price also includes breakfast - Please see below for details. West Ham Stadium. UAL London college of fashion, V&A Stratford & UCL Stratford are all nearby.

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.

Close to local Wembley, Notting Hill, a few minutes walk to Kensal Green high street with cafes, restaurants and shopping. Ideal for couples, business visitors or small families with one child.
