Nariel Valley Farm-stay - self-contained suite

In 2017 we discovered and purchased this small farm in Nariel Valley. It ticked all the boxes with a creek running through it and backing onto bushland. Our dream has been realised and after 20 years of managing other people’s farms we are living in our new home, on our farm, with our small herd of Angus cows. We knew Nariel was special but we continue to discover its myriad of offerings for those who love solitude or outdoor pursuits. We look forward to sharing what we have discovered with you.

Our hideaway accommodation, Riversedge at Welaregang, is set on 10 acres and is located on the banks of the Murray River between the Upper Murray region of Victoria and the Southern Riverina area of New South Wales not far from the famous Snowy Mountains. An ideal base if your interest is the snow or brilliant in the warmer months if you like to swim or fish for the legendary murray cod. A birdwatchers paradise and surrounded by wildlife Australia is famous for.

The Stables - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation, bring your mountain bikes and ride the rail trail on your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing.

Beaunart cabin

Our cosy private solar powered cabin is set on our farm in the picturesque Kiewa Valley. Close to snow fields, the Hume Weir, Kiewa River, and gourmet food and wine regions. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from life's hustle and bustle! We have gas stove and heating and the shower is run with a solar powered gas heating system . There is also a solar powered fridge in the cabin for guests . Sunsets and star gazing are perfect

Mountain View Cottage-High Country Luxury Retreat

A reimagined 1930s schoolhouse set on one acre with sweeping views over the Mitta Valley. Thoughtfully restored and styled as an immersive alpine retreat. 3 luxurious bedrooms, full bathroom plus ensuite, with every comfort provided for. Cosy wood heater and outside fire pit create spaces to gather. Watch the colours of the valley shift from dawn to dusk. Beyond the garden lies peaceful pasture and mountain views in every direction.

Surrounded by epic views and nature, enjoy our home in Tawonga South, Victoria! Located just a short drive away from Falls Creek, Bright and walking distance to the pub, brewery and cafes. Our modern and newly built home features open plan living with a wood fire, spacious deck with bbq and an outdoor fire pit. * please note access to the house is via stairs and not suitable for those with poor mobility.

Tullimbar Log Cabin 1

We have 3 fully self contained log cabins situated on our working farm nestled among established pawlonia trees. Each accommodates up to 4 people. The cabins overlook our picturesque property, with access to the High Country Rail Trail, which can be viewed from the cabin verandas. Our farm animals graze around the cabins, and guests are welcome to explore our farm.

Glenara House Farmstay

Nestled in the foothills of Kosciuszko mountain range, Glenara House is the perfect escape. Located 25 km from the historic township of Corryong in the beautiful Indi valley, where the Murray River winds its way, enjoy the Upper Murray region at its best.
