Each morning, wake up to our famous complimentary breakfast, the perfect way to start your day and dive straight into the village’s food, music, and stunning scenery. Whether you’re a couple, solo traveller, or wedding guest, you’ll find a situation that’s hard to beat. Within a 1–10 minute walk, you can explore the Cliff Walk, the blackbird, Salty dog, Seachurch and Bayview. Drive 5-10 minutes to Ballymaloe house or Cookery School.

Outside the self contained apartment there are 10 acres of grounds for our guests to explore and enjoy with generous lawns, spectacular views and a 2 minute walk to Annestown Beach using a private path.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.
