2 Bedrooms. Sleeps 3/4 adults or 2 adults & 3 small children. The apartment overlooks the ocean, has free parking. The spacious lounge has comfy leather couches & a big window with fabulous views of the ocean. (living room not suitable for sleeping) Main bedroom, 6ft bed & a 3ft bed. We are 1 minute walk from a long beach coffee shops & a fab restaurant Min stay 3 nights. June 4 nights, July & August Min 7 nights Sat to Sat Christmas min 4 nights. No check in on 24th Dec. Go wild swimming 10 steps away surrounded by nature.The open plan ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen , dining area and a generous living area and balcony .Its a five minute walk to Clashganny Hse. Restaurant and all the amenities of the river Barrow,including looped forest walks ,Go with the flow kayaking and swimming .

Perfect location for Tintern Abbey with its walks and trails starting 2 min walk around the corner. Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody abbey a short drive away, Abbey par 3 golf 4min drive. The Vine cottage family pub just around the corner Fethard /Duncannon offering some of the best beaches in the county. Ten minute drive to ferry for Waterford , Wexford town 25mins

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Stunning beach house with direct access to an incredible secluded cove. The Boatstrand Beachhouse is our much loved home from home. It is ideal for families and friends sharing alike. We have enjoyed special Christmas gatherings and spent long summer holidays enjoying the spectacular beaches in the area including the one at the bottom of the garden!
