This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a luxurious stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 42 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more. The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square. The apartment also features a 13 sqm (140 sq ft) lovely loft where the bedroom is located. The bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It has access to off-road parking, a private entrance and outdoor space with a hammock. Sohodol is an idyllic Romanian village etched into the hills surrounding Bran; 20 minutes walk downhill to one of Romania’s premier tourist attractions but removed enough from the commotion to enjoy the peace, tranquility and unmatched beauty of the Carpathian mountains.

Bike Loft | Unique Transylvanian Retreat

Bike House is our “homemade home”. This 250-year-old house, built in the classic Transylvanian Saxon style, used to be a bike shop in post-communist Brasov. We loved it, got it, and restored it to save its charm! Located in the historic area of the Brașov Old Town, at 30 minutes walking distance from the Black Church, the neighborhood is residential. The house features three apartments and a shared courtyard. We're pet-friendly and offer free bikes for exploring the city at your own pace!

It has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and access to an inner yard. For people who come by their own car, there is a non-free multi-level parking lot nearby where they will be able to leave it safely. Also nearby is the agri-food market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, Carrefour Express, Mc Donald’s etc.
