Blue Wave Dreamin’ Ocean Villa 920 is a bright & airy 2 bdrm/2 bth villa, built & furnished in Jan 2023, floor to ceiling windows & sliding glass doors surround the open concept kitchen & living area, on the swimming pool & green area, 40 yards from beach, adjacent to the Marina. Decorated in blues & greens of Bahamian waters & grey tones of driftwood. In the boutique community of Ocean Villas situated on Treasure Cay beach ranked by National Geographic in the Top 10 beaches in the World.

Treasure Cay Hideaway Bahama Beach Club

Island hideaway. Well-appointed with lots of room for fun. Upstairs end unit, closest building to the beach. Enjoy the clear, turquoise waters or relax at the pool. Resort Amenities also include swim-up bar, jacuzzi, and restaurant. Top Tip: Location is serene (read: remote) so we recommend having groceries stocked ahead of time by our On-Site Manager (additional). Also happy to provide Rental info for golf carts, kayaks, boat slips, etc. as Owners are long-time Treasure Cay residents.

Waterfront Home - Deep Water Dockage-Private Beach

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

Kitchen fully stocked to cook with crockpot and Keurig. There is a water treatment system installed for the entire condo so all of the water is drinkable.

Treasure Cay is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian. We suggest that you do a full grocery shop on arrival in Marsh Harbour, just a small convenience store in Treasure Cay.
