Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

A lovely top floor apartment on a pedestrianised shopping street in the centre of Penzance in west Cornwall. The kitchen is light and modern. The Living room and bedroom are comfortable and spacious . The space is warm, bright, quiet and private with key box check in. It's minutes from independent shops, cafes, galleries, bakeries and more. The seafront, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are 5 minutes on foot. St Micheals mount, St. Ives, Newlyn, Mousehole and great surf spots are close by.

From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.
