Sandy’s first and only Tiny House! Located just one mile from Hwy 26, this unique tiny home sits on 23 acres, offering a peaceful, private setting with easy access to Mt. Hood adventures. The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. A large fireplace provides perfect winter ambience. Four downhill ski areas are 30-40 min. Kid and pet friendly.

Private A-Frame (for 4 people) and separate studio bedroom/bathroom behind the garage (for 2 people.) Please note: the studio must be requested in advance. The A-Frame is on the edge of the Mount Hood National Forest. • Walk or drive to the Salmon River trailheads and Salmon River Slab. • 15 min to French's Dome. • 20 to 30 min to Timberline and Mount Hood Meadows, x-country and snow-shoeing at Trillium or Teacup. Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
