Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Unser Haus steht in einem kleinen Bergdorf mitten in den Glarner Bergen in der Nähe von Elm. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt im Haus des Gastgebers. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Teil des Gartens. Ein Gasgrill steht unseren Gästen zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung. Gratis Parkplatz beim Haus. Uns liegt das Wohlbefinden unseren Gäste sehr am Herzen. Das ganze Jahr über bieten sich viele verschiedene Aktivitäten in dieser Region an. Für jedermann/frau ist etwas dabei.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Die Wohnung (30m2) ist Teil eines EFH, welches im Dez. 2018 fertiggestellt wurde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Zur Wohnung gehört eine neue Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, sowie volle Ausstattung um zauberhafte Menüs zuzubereiten. Ein kleines WC mit Lavabo und eine separate Dusche bieten jeglichen Komfort den man sich in den Ferien wünscht. Shuttle zu den Bergbahnen, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Caumasee in 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien mit Kinder ob gross oder klein oder Menschen mit Einschränkungen da Sie sehr gross ist ,und alles auf einer Ebene. Die grosse gemütliche Terasse nach hinten raus ladet zum gemütlichen Abendessen ein oder einfach mal um ein bisschen runter zufahren. Der Spielplatz & Pumptrack sowie das Eisfeld ist in 3 minuten Fussmarsch erreichbar. Ein Freibad hat es gleich im Nachbarsdorf.

Die Wohnung bietet vom Sofa aus eine Atemberaubende Aussicht. Achtung, im Winter seht kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Schönes Studio auf einem Bauernhof in Tenna im Safiental GR. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht in die Bergwelt. Kleiner Sitzplatz im Freien gehört dazu. Wir bieten auch eine gemütliche Sauna mit Ruheraum an. 40.00Fr. pro Benützung. Im selben Haus bieten wir noch eine zweite Wohnung über Air B+B an. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich eingangs Flims mit einer einmaligen Aussicht auf die Signinagruppe. Sie ist kinderfreundlich und eignet sich optimal für bis zu vier Personen als Unterkunft in den Wander-, Ski- oder Badeferien. Die Bergbahnen sind bequem mit dem Ortsbus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (oder zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten).
