The second room has a twin bed and cable TV and a desk. Spacious full bath. This is not a separate unit, we live on the lower two floors. We have a small Lab mix who might bark initially but then loves everyone. The stairs are blocked as she is not permitted in the guest suite.

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.

Top floor Capitol Hill apartment

Top floor apartment in a traditional 130+ y/o townhouse conversion. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
