Fountain Ranch - Historic 1940 Restored Cottage

The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. It includes king size bed that opens out onto the deck, 1 queen size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking the river, Dining room table. Outdoor seating on deck and shared pool and Jacuzzi with the Ranch House. The pool in not heated. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the peace!

5 bedroom cabin, Lewiston Lake

Overlooking the pool, this 5 bedroom cabin has a full kitchen with basic cookware and utensils, a living room with sofa and love seat, and a dining area. The bedrooms: Queen bed, 2 twin beds, full bed, twin bed, twin bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and towels are provided. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Electric Air conditioning and heat. no Smoking, no pets. Access to amenities

It sits at the highest point in Trinity village with amazing mountain views. beautiful decks with an outdoor seating area & grill that looks over the pool so you can watch the kids. Pool deck for relaxing down below as well. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

These might be shared if another home is booked. Next to Sacramento River and 1 mile from Shasta lake. Bring your boats, easy launching at Shasta lake. Have ATV's /Motorcycles we have 10,000 acres of land to ride. Our scenery is awesome. Ride bikes along the Sacramento River and enjoy!!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A cozy one bedroom sanctuary provides a haven to unwind and enjoy the sun. Come swim in the pool, warm yourself in the sun, and when you are ready, the gas grill is available should you choose to BBQ. We are new hosts and are in the process of touching up the inside decor for our guests. The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.
