The studio apartment shares a wall with the host home and has its own stair entrance with keypad door lock, foyer, spacious windowed bedroom, large closet, new mini-split remote control A/C and heat unit, TV, full bathroom with shower. A cooler is available for guest use. 1/4 mile to Main Street, stores, restaurants. Note the property has another Airbnb unit adjacent, a converted shipping container with 2 beds, bathroom.

Staying here is like a visiting your Mamaw's house. It's simple, old fashioned decor is family friendly. The big front porch is a perfect place to sit with your coffee and watch the birds and butterflies, which are plentiful. Located adjacent to the Davy Crockett National Forest, we also have many deer and other critters in the woods behind the house. There are no visible neighbors, access is by a dirt road. Star gazing here is amazing! It's also only 30 minutes to either Crockett or Lufkin.

Located in the quaint town of Groveton, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time. “Mammie’s House” makes you feel like you’ve just gone to a visit at your Grandma’s. Here, there’s wide open space to relax and enjoy the quiet country. Step outside and see the stars at night or have a bonfire. This 2 bedroom home is all yours equipped with all the necessities. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of storage space throughout.

This is the best of the best when it comes to tiny homes and to be honest, there isn’t anything tiny about it at all! This cabin has a nice, modern theme throughout. There is an outdoor fireplace on the porch for that glass of wine by the fire. The best part is the private fenced in backyard with your own private hot tub! Golf cart rentals are available to explore the 140-acre property.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Our house is located on a cove where the Trinity River meets Lake Livingston! Enjoy the breeze and spectular sunsets from any of the 3 balconies. The bottom deck is perfect for playing games, and relaxation. Lounge by the fire in the winter wrapped in a blanket while watching the sunset.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This is a 1950’s home that has been completely renovated. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. This was my best friend’s childhood home and we bought it after her Mom died. The house sits on a little over an acre of land, a big beautiful oak tree provides lots of shade in the front.
