Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.
