It's situated in quiet location in the historic center of Split. Luxury apartment with one bedroom and terrace. On the lower floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, available machine washer, microwave, stove, oven, a small bathroom with a laundry machine and scale of the upper floors. On the upper floor there is a room with a large bed and a fully equipped private bathroom. Grocery store is opposite the apartments and the commercial Marmont street and charming square Prokurative are 250m away. Diocletian's Palace, which is under the protection of UNESCO and the magnificent Riva promenade are 300 meters away from the apartment Koralj. Guests can enjoy walking the green forest park Marjan, located 800 meters from the apartment. Poljud Stadium is 900 meters away and the Bacvice beach 1 km. In every moment when guests need something the host is avelable. Peaceful surrounding even though it's in the city centre. Apartment is in the center so it's possible to acces anything by foot. Nearby is bus station, taxi. It's possible to ask hosts to organise transfer on/for airport.

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Townhouse „Viva“ is located in Veli Varoš, one of two oldest town districts outside the, 400 meters distant, palace of emperor Diocletian. The youngest part of the house, its attic,is dated in the 19th century, while other parts of it were built before the 19th century. Now,restored, it offers a feeling of the old Split's house and modern time symbiosis. Guests have three floors of the house at their disposal. This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

Very pleasant and quiet place just a few minutes away from a city center. Exceptional green market, fish market and little butcher shops are within 400m from the house. Store house is on the same location and it's open until 22:00. Bus and taxi stations are within 300m from the house. Within 900m there are dozens of a little restaurants and caffe bars. Public beach with a boat rental agencies are within 500m.
