It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property and also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal.Cheers and see ya!

This year we changing it's exterior, large svimming pool (8m x4m) in a front of Villa, started to works in April 2019.
