Kennet and Avon canal is very near for walking or cycling to Bath or Devizes. Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

You’re just minutes away from several coffee shops & restaurants on Widcombe High St and of course the Bath City Centre itself. Enjoy your riverside walks ?.... no problem, the river is literally facing my place. My flat is on the 1st floor, it’s very light and airy with a recently renovated bathroom/walk-in shower and modern kitchen with Bosch appliances.

It is within easy walking distance of the traditional country pub, ideal for a drink or a meal, and only a six minute walk to the train station (ten minutes to Bath), or the weekday bus to Bath.
