Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Stunning lodge in idyllic setting, near Cambridge

Unwind completely in this detached private lodge, overlooking a natural pond, abundant with wildlife. Breathe the fresh air. Listen to the birds. Relax. The lodge is perfectly designed and fully equipped, a truly comforting retreat. Within 10 minutes walk there’s a butcher, baker, deli, cafe and restaurants. Modern, spacious house in quiet, central location

35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. The perfect location for Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. And for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, science parks, the Botanic Gardens, language schools and Cherry Hinton Hall park. We are located in the Victorian district with many local shops. The area also boasts great restaurants, theatre, cinema, fitness centre and tenpin bowling alley. The train station is walking distance.

It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. Located in the centre of Cambridge within 5 minutes walking distance of the botanical gardens and the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city's core with all the colleges, museums and restaurants, this bright and modern 1 BR Annex with ensuite is completely private and accessed via a separate gate from the main house. Despite being in a very central location it is in a quiet residential area.

Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped and basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms also are supplied with toiletries. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars.
