Walking distance to local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, arts centre, supermarket, pharmacy, library and deli. Very well connected by cycleways to Cambridge and the countryside, road, rail and bus. Plenty to see and enjoy in the beautiful villages, yet accessible to London, Stansted airport, Newmarket Racecourse, Duxford IWM, Addenbrookes Hospital and the bio medical campuses.

Quiet 25 m2 studio. Located on the outskirts of Cambridge. Close to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals. Small space that we tried to make nice and comfortable. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and utensils, pots and pans. You will find a few complementary breakfast essentials (milk, cereal) for your first night stay. Access is from the side gate, free on-streetparking nearby.

Welcome to our modern guest annex! This self-contained suite is attached to our main home but offers total independence. It features its own external entrance, private bathroom, and a handy kitchenette, so you enjoy complete privacy. The annex connects to our house via a securely locked internal door. It’s the perfect base for travelers or professionals, located just a short walk from Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the bus station.
