Bright , 3 rd floor , new ,sunny 1050 sq ft studio apartment in North Truro off of Rt 6. Private entrance with deck , gas grill and seating. Parking for one. The apartment is next to our home and there is a tenant below, we ask that there are no parties and no smoking in the apartment. Provincetown is a 12 minute drive or take the shuttle at the end of our street. We have 2 dogs that never leave our fenced in yard at the main house.A very short drive to Ocean and Bay beaches. Linens & towels are included. **NO PETS ALLOWED** This is our family cottage and our son is allergic to dogs. We do not recommend this cottage for any guests with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
