Kenmere House is close to town without being in the hustle of it all. Private parking for 2 cars, 1 mile from the closest beach. Trenance Boating lake & Gardens are just 500yrds away, with the Zoo, park & local swimming pools. This is ideal for families & couples looking for something bit more special in there self catering apartment. Kenmere House has almost a Mediterranean feel about and 2021 has seen a complete refurbishment for the whole property, which you’ll love for your stay. :-)

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Villa 123 is located on Hengar Manor Country Park near Camelford. There are excellent facilities on site, including an indoor swimming pool, 3 fishing lakes, Arcade, Pitch and Putt, Bar, Restaurant and club house. Sorry no pets. No EV charging from Villa.
