This lovely home is surrounded by the serenity of Bradley Nature Preserve and 2 acre gardens & yet is just a 10 minute walk from Main Street Saluda and it's quaint shops and restaurants. Come make pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, swing on the porch, let the dogs play in the run, play Glow Disc Golf, Axe Throwing (safe) & Bocce Ball or horseshoes.... or choose a trail in the Nature Preserve. And ofcourse, make S'mores in the Fire Pit and sip on some local wine while you watch fireflies dance.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

1B/1BA cozy cabin with large deck space, fenced in yard, and incredible mountain views from all rooms, deck, and hot tub. Watch the sun go down while sitting in the hot tub or while grilling on the upper deck. Then retreat down to the fenced in yard and make some smores while sitting around the fire pit. While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild. The cabin has no damage.

Relaxing Countryside Getaway

Located in a quiet rural neighborhood. Large yard, pool during the summer, outdoor patio and grill. 15 mins from the Tryon Equestrian Center. Wineries within minutes. This is a rural area where wifi can be spotty. Great place to disconnect and enjoy life with your family. We live in a tiny home at the back end of the property behind the house. Think of us as respectful neighbors that try to stay out of your way. *Pool is open from May until beginning of Sept*

1920's Mountain Home

This property has undergone a complete modernization renovation upgrade that retains the original character of this historic shingle-style 1920's Mountain Estate. Designed by American Architect Shannon Merriweather, and perched on a ridge with 180 degree views of Warrior and Melrose Mountains, this house is fully furnished with 16 Persian rugs, deep soaking tubs, and an eclectic mix of antique furniture. There is a $100 fee for pets.
