The Kit House

This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Arrive earlier from DC/ other locations. There are nice views and good space for socializing. Enjoy the large table & bar. 5 minute drive to the Purple Fiddle & other amenities in Thomas, or to Blackwater Falls State Park. 15 min. drive to Canaan Valley. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, TV, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided.
