Apartment in a new house by the sea with a balcony with sunrise and the sun set colours through the round window in the evenings. The cozy apartment has fully equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer), TV screen with Netflix. In the morning our guests are spoiled with great coffee and freshly baked pastry from Kukul bakery right across the street. Beautiful sea walking path starts from the house along the sea to the woods.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The recreation area is suitable both for active leisure enthusiasts and for those who wish to be alone with themselves, enjoy the silence, and take a breath of fresh air. The territory of the recreation complex is designed in such a way that guests of neighboring houses do not disturb each other – there are plantings and small hills between the houses. The residential area is surrounded by untouched nature.

This is tiny BUTE apartment, located by the Baltic sea. The inspiration for this apartment comes from my grandfather who used to be a fisherman nearby this place and one of my favourite fish in his catch was BUTE (flounder). This ir perfect place for 1-2 persons, where you can relax and renew from the nature and the Albatross spa centre. In the territory is the best restaurant for delicious meals. Enjoy your stay!

Beach old fisherman's house

Stay in a renovated fisherman's house just 150m from Jūrmala beach, complete with lifeguard tower for safety. Ideal for families, it's near a children's park with swings and a skatepark. Enjoy local cuisine at the nearby "Kūriņš" restaurant. Major shopping centers like Lidl, Rimi, and Maxima are also within easy reach. Buildings interior is fully renovated, exterior is a work in progress.
