There are too many perks to count, including a full coffee bar, S&C and Body Wash, and more. Pool and hot tub are available for guest use seasonally from May-October, weather permitting.

The kitchen has all amenities & we have indoor dining seating for 12. The living room seats 8. There’s lots of outdoor seating as well. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open May 15th- October 1st. We are one exit up from Riverside and 9 miles from the Gathering Place. We are also on the exit of the brand new Tulsa Premium Outlets.

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

A very cozy home in a well established and safe neighborhood in the heart of Tulsa. All the great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and schools are minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet with kind neighbors. You will find our home is clean, warm and inviting. I love the cottage look and feel of it and so will you. The home is fully furnished and the kitchen has every utensil you need to cook a great meal. A seasonal pool, hot tub, and a BBQ grill awaits you in the back yard.

Gathering Place Luxury-Pool/Spa/OutdoorKitchen

Talk about Luxury! Steps from the Gathering Place, welcome to this new, modern home with a gourmet kitchen! After playing in the pool, relax in the game room or play some ping pong. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather or malfunctions.
